I had the best experience at Dentists of Ocoee! I came in because my lower right side would hurt sometimes. While waiting, I saw my teeth on the screen and I knew things were bad. I’m already dreading the lecture. When Dr. Helen came in, she told me she had already reviewed my X-rays beforehand—then she asked me to share my story. I told her I had just stopped caring. Then she asked, “Is it because of your stroke?” I was shocked! She had read through my medical history beforehand and saw that I had been in rehabilitation for the past year. She completely understood that brushing and flossing weren’t my biggest priorities during that time. She never made me feel bad about my dental health, telling me that sometime life just gets busy—something I really appreciated. Instead of just telling me what I needed, she asked about my goals and discussed different options with me. Then she bought in another staff & they started discussing the prices with me & payment plans. She said even ask the manager to give me a discount! In exchange i promise her that i will start caring again. We ended up removing the teeth that was hurting me that same day. There’s another Dr. there too—he’s great too. While working on me, they were talking about different cases. I didn’t understand everything, but I could tell they genuinely care and take the time to consider the best treatment for each patient. I highly recommend them!

I had an easy and reliable time at Dentist of Ocoee. Service is 10/10, they make you feel welcome with smiles from start to finish. I had Dr. Bao Tran Nguyen and assistant Dede, they were very nice and considerate. They also like jokes but idk if you can top mine. Everything was explained very professionally at all times. Definitely recommend Dentist of Ocoee to anyone!!!
